Reinhold formulates and manufactures Rhinolite™, a specification grade composite material created to withstand the effects of harsh and destructive environments prevalent - often underground - in a variety of commercial, architectural, and landscape lighting situations.

Rhinolite™ composites are developed with glass fiber, thermosetting resins, and certain proprietary ingredients to provide greater product strength, stiffness, and excellent durability.

• Protection against corrosion, chemical environments, and ultraviolet degradation.
• Accommodates moldings for complex shapes, with brass inserts, and other special features
  from multi-cavity tools.




• Formulations of sheet molding compounds include resin matrix systems of polyester, vinyl ester,
  and epoxy matrixresins, glass fibers, and special additives to provide greater structural integrity,
  design utility, and longevity.
• Several SMC formulations are recognized and listed by Under writers Laboratories, Inc. as meeting
  UL 94-5V   flammability requirements and 150 degree Celsius continuous operating temperatures.
